Philips vacuum cleaner disaster
At the end of September 2017 I received the cleaner as a gift, the part of the Philips vacuum cleaners hose used for the 2nd use just broke . This pricey machine is really poor quality and non ergonomic also.
I demand an urgent change, I am surprised at that kind of production quality still under warranty . I'm afraid to use for the 3rd time?! . I'll never buy a Philips home appliance again and I'll tell everyone.
I do not recommend to anyone, I will go to global platforms. I demand urgent solution and change! This is a shame!
I live in Turkey and will never ever buy philips brand again. Warranty still continues but i only need change of this prฤฑduct because i cannot use this anymore.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $180.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Philips Cons: Quality, Product is poor quality i guess since it breaks every year.
