I recently purchased a Philips Norelco Bodygroom shaver. It is a inferior electric razor/ body shave machine, DOES NOT WORK as advertised, save your money. Bought at Target-which will not tajke back such an item once it has been opened/used.

To add insult to injury, the proces to return to get the purchase price of the item has been laborious.

Three phone calls to get the requisite form for the 45 day money back guarantee emailed to me.

On top of the hassel since the stores won't take back because it has been pened and used, the item has to be shipped back at purchasers expense plus insurance-so for purchasing their crappy product, the consumers go in the hole.

Monetary Loss: $48.
